The Sudbury Earth Removal Board will hold a Public Hearing on
Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 7:00 PM
As a Virtual Meeting if allowed under the Open Meeting Law or, if not permitted, the meeting will be held in the Lower Town Hall, 322 Concord Road, Sudbury, MA
On the following application:
Public Hearing Case 25-01 – NSTAR Electric Company, Applicant and Owner, seeks an Earth Removal Permit under the provisions of Article V(A) of the Town of Sudbury General Bylaws to remove approximately 420 cubic yard stockpile of excess soil at 0 Powder Mill Road, Assessor's Map A07-0200.
Petitioners must be present or send an authorized representative. The applications are on file in the Planning and Community Development Department. Any person interested or wishing to be heard on the proposed application should appear at the time and place designated, or submit written comments.
