NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Specialized Transportation Assistance Grant application for 2026 is scheduled for a public hearing on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. in the Education Room at the Manitowoc County Heritage Building, 1701 Michigan Avenue, Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The public hearing will be held for the purpose of receiving comment for Manitowoc County's proposed plan for spending the allocation of $249,833 authorized under Section 85.21 of the Wisconsin Statutes to implement an elderly and disabled transportation program. Those persons unable to attend the hearing and wishing to submit comments in advance may do so by mailing their comments prior to the hearing to: Wendy Hutterer, Director ADRC of the Lakeshore 1701 Michigan Ave. Manitowoc, WI 54220 The application is available for public inspection prior to the hearing at the ADRC of the Lakeshore, 1701 Michigan Avenue, Manitowoc, WI.
