NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Monroe Township Trustees (Licking County) will hold a public hearing on October 20, 2025, at 7:00pm to consider the recommendation of the Monroe Township Zoning Commission to rezone a total of four (4) parcels, totaling 52.58 + acres. Of which, 26.46 + are located on Harmony Church Road (3.04 + acres; 8878 Harmony Church Road (Parcel ID#052-173130-00.001), 9.79 + acres at (Parcel ID# 052-173130-00.000), and 13.63 + acres at (Parcel ID# 052-173130-00.002). The remaining acreage of 26.12 + acres is located at 8914 Woodhaven Road (Parcel ID# 052-173298- 00.000). All of the properties involved are currently zoned AG, with the proposal to rezone them all to B-1. The public meeting will be held at the Monroe Township Complex 7621 Johnstown-Alexandria Road, Johnstown, Ohio 43031. All are invited to attend and voice opinions you may have regarding the rezoning.
