NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Pursuant to Section 147(f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the "Code"), the Indiana Secondary Market for Education Loans, Inc. (the "Corporation"), a private nonprofit corporation established under the laws of the State of Indiana (the "State"), hereby gives notice that it proposes to issue student loan revenue bonds in one or more series pursuant to Section 144(b) of the Code, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed Forty-Four Million One Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($44,001,500) (the "Bonds"). The proceeds of the Bonds will be used to finance or refinance certain eligible student loans under the Corporation's student loan programs, to fund a debt service reserve for the Bonds, and to pay costs of issuance of the Bonds. The Bonds are limited obligations of the Corporation. The Bonds do not constitute a debt or liability of the State or any political subdivision thereof. Neither the Corporation nor the State or any political subdivision thereof shall be obligated to pay the principal of or interest on the Bonds except from the moneys and funds pledged therefor under the Trust Indenture pursuant to which the Bonds will be issued. Neither the faith and credit nor the taxing power of the State or any political subdivision thereof is pledged to the payment of the principal of or interest on the Bonds. A public hearing with regard to the issuance of the Bonds will be conducted by the Public Hearing Officer of the Corporation on Monday, October 20, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. (Indianapolis time) at the office of the Corporation, located at 301 Pennsylvania Parkway, Suite 360, Indianapolis, Indiana. The public is invited to attend and comment on any of the matters herein noted, and all taxpayers, residents or interested parties who appear will be given a reasonable opportunity to express their views, both orally and in writing, on the proposed plan of financing described herein and other matters relating to the Bonds. Written comments may also be submitted to the Corporation until 5:00 p.m. (Indianapolis time) on Friday, October 17, 2025, through the Public Hearing Officer of the Corporation at the following address: Joseph V.
