NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 4-9-130 of the Code of Laws of South Carolina 1976, as amended, by the County Council of Pickens County (the "County Council") of a special called meeting of the County Council and public hearing relating to the proposed enactment of an ordinance entitled "AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE AMENDMENT OF ONE OR MORE FEE IN LIEU OF TAX AND INCENTIVE AGREEMENTS BY AND BETWEEN PICKENS COUNTY AND A COMPANY KNOWN TO THE COUNTY AT THIS TIME AS PROJECT HYDRO, ACTING FOR ITSELF OR ONE OR MORE PROJECT SPONSORS, TO ADD CERTAIN FACILITIES AND INVESTMENT TO SUCH AGREEMENTS AND MAKE PROVISIONS FOR CERTAIN CREDITS WITH RESPECT TO SUCH FACILITIES AND OTHER MATTERS RELATING THERETO." Subject to the normal rules of County Council regarding appearances, members of the public are invited to attend and make comment concerning the above-referenced ordinance.
