Notice of Public Hearing

Notice of Public Hearing Notice is hereby given by the County Council of Anderson County, South Carolina of a public hearing on November 4, 2025 relating to the proposed enactment of an ordinance (the "Ordinance") entitled, "AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND AN AGREEMENT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A JOINT COUNTY INDUSTRIAL AND BUSINESS PARK (2010 PARK) OF ANDERSON AND GREENVILLE COUNTIES SO AS TO ENLARGE THE PARK." The public hearing will be held in the Anderson county Council Chambers located in the Historic Courthouse at 101 S. Main Street, Anderson, South Carolina at 6:30 p.m. At the time and place fixed for said public hearing all taxpayers, residents or other interested persons who appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or against the adoption of the Ordinance.
