NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Bronxville, in the Trustee Chamber/Court Room at 200 Pondfield Road, Bronx­ville, NY on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 6:30 pm to consider an appli­cation from Kara Dimon and Conor Tolkin at 84 Park Ave. Description: Existing non-compliant detached garage with a setback of 3.4' is to be demolished and an attached garage, mud room, bedroom suite, and enlarged breakfast nook are to be constructed in its place.
