Notice of Public Hearing The City of Clemson City Council will hold a public hearing on the topic listed below beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Monday, December 1, 2025, in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1250 Tiger Boulevard, Clemson, SC 29631. Public Hearing Topic: Draft City of Clemson 2045 Comprehensive Plan including all text, maps and tables recommended by the Planning Commission for adoption by City Council pursuant to S.C. Code § 6-29-530. Copies of the draft document can be accessed from links on the Agendas & Minutes page on City website's, the City of Clemson Comprehensive Plan 2045 website, or from Planning and Development Department staff.
