NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Tulare will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m., or soon thereafter, on Tuesday, December 2, 2055, in the Council Chamber, 491 North M Street, Tulare, California, open to the public, and any person present will have the opportunity to be heard regarding the adoption of an ordinance amending Chapters 3.04 and 3.08 of Title 3 (Fire Regulations) of the Tulare Municipal Code. A copy of the proposed ordinance will be available for public review in the Office of the City Clerk at Tulare City Hall, 411 E.
