Regarding the Petition for an Order to close BNSF Railway Company's crossing, designated as AAR/DOT #079208K, milepost 166.29 near the city of Galesburg, Knox County, Illinois

The Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC) will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of taking evidence and argument from the Petitioner and Respondent regarding the proposed closure of an at-grade crossing.
The crossing at issue is the County Road 100 E and the single mainline track of BNSF in Galesburg Township, Knox County, Illinois. BNSF has filed Petition requesting the Commission to order that the grade crossing be closed. The evidence and argument will be taken to inform the Commission in its determination to grant or deny the Petition. The at-grade crossing is inventoried as DOT #079208K at railroad milepost 166.29. The road is commonly known as County Road 100 E.
