NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN A regular meeting of the Stockton Planning Commission will be held on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 5:30 pm,
in the Council Chamber, 2nd Floor, 425 N El Dorado St, Stockton, CA, to consider a request for Annexation,
Prezoning, a Vesting Tentative Map, and Development Agreement for a proposed 2,241-Unit Residential
Development known as Bear Creek South at 9532 & 10122 West Lane, as well as 2525 & 2575 East Morada Lane
(APNs 120-020-260; -270; -300; -310; -320; and a portion of -300; 120-030-060; -070; -090; and -100; 122-010-
050; 124-010-010; -030; -070; 124-020-110 and -120) (P23-0137). The application and accompanying plans may
be reviewed at the Community Development Department at 345 N El Dorado St, Stockton.
