NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice of Public Hearing
A public hearing will be held for the purpose of reviewing and adopting the 2025 ADA Transition Plan and the Title VI Implementation Plan presented to the Board of Works of Hartford City, Indiana at the Hartford City Hall, 700 North Walnut Street, Hartford City, Indiana at 5:00 pm on Monday, December 1, 2025 at which time and place all persons interested in the proceedings may appear and be heard. A copy of the ADA Transition Plan and Title VI Implementation Plan will be available at the Hartford City Hall, 700 North Walnut Street, Hartford City, Indiana during the hours of 9 am to 4 pm Monday – Friday. Copies are available upon request.
Anyone who requires an auxiliary aid or service for effective communication during the meeting should contact the office of the ADA Coordinator, Morgan Massey, 765-348-1872 as soon as possible, but no later than 2 business days before the scheduled event.
