NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Bondurant will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m. on January 8, 2026 in the Bondurant City Council Chambers at 200 2nd Street NE, Bondurant, Polk County, Iowa, to hear a request to modify the Future Land Use Map from Neighborhood Commercial to Regional Commercial. The Future Land Use Map modification will include property abutting the Truman Drive NE and 2nd Street NE right-of-way and further described as follows: THE SOUTH 554.00 FEET OF PARCEL 2025-25 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 80 NORTH, RANGE 22 WEST OF THE 5TH P.M., CITY OF BONDURANT, POLK COUNTY, IOWA.
