NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PURPOSE: Riverside Township is seeking funding through the State of NJ Green Acres Program for acquisition of land, located at the corner of S. Fairview and Whittaker Streets. PUBLIC HEARING INFORMATION: The public is encouraged to attend a Public Hearing to learn more about the proposal and to ask questions or provide comments on the proposed plan on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held in person at 1 W. Scott Street, 2nd Floor, as part of the regularly scheduled Committee meeting.
