Notice of Public Hearing NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that an application has been filed with the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Township of West Milford, County of Passaic, NJ by: Timothy Peschl for a bulk Variance, located at 170 Morsetown Rd West Milford NJ 07480, Block 4701 Lot 14 in the R4 zone with variance relief requested for a left Side yard set back where 60 feet is required, 66.5' is existing and 26' proposed, a right side yard setback 60 feet is required 20.5' is existing and 20.5' is proposed and front yard set back where 125 feet is required, 14.4' is existing, and 14.4' is proposed and such other variance relief as the Board deems necessary, so as to permit the construction of a garage and addition.
