NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Great Falls City Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 21, at 7:00 P.M. in the City Commission Chambers, Room 206, Civic Center Building, Great Falls, Montana. Said hearing is to consider a request from 4G Development & Consulting on behalf of Chick-fil-A to consider the following:
Resolution 10618: A resolution proposing the vacation of a portion of 10th Alley South abutting Lots 1-4 and 11-14 of Block 510, Plat of the Town of Great Falls.
Any interested party may speak for or against this request in person at the public hearing, or submit written comments by mail to P.O. Box 5021, Great Falls, MT 59403 or by email to commission@greatfallsmt.net before 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, April 21, 2026. Written communication received by that time will be shared with the Commission and appropriate staff for consideration during the agenda item and before final vote on the matter.
