Notice of Public Hearing The Plan Commission has filed Petition 2026-PTA-02 to rezone land annexed into the Village of Cleveland on November 17, 2023, to C-1 Conservancy District and R-1 Single- and Two-Family Residential District. The parcel is located on the west side of N Westview Street, approximately 700 feet north of the intersection of N Westview Street and W Washington Avenue. The Plan Commission will complete its findings and submit a recommendation to the Village Board at its meeting at 6pm on Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at the Cleveland Village Hall, 1150 W Washington Ave, Cleveland, Wisconsin. The Village Board will hold a public hearing at 6pm on April 14, 2026, at the Cleveland Village Hall. The purpose is to hear public comments on the Plan Commission's recommendation to grant, modify, or deny the petition. The petition is available at www.clevelandwi.gov and at the Clerk's Office during walk-in hours, 10am-12noon, 12:30pm-4pm, Mondays through Thursdays; or by appointment by calling 920 693-8181.
