NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Board of Directors of United Water Conservation District ("District") will begin a public hearing during its Regular Board meetings on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, at 1 p.m., which will be continued to Wednesday, May 13, 2026, at 1 p.m., and shall be continued again until Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 1 p.m. In each case, the meetings will be held in the District Boardroom at its offices located at 1701 N. Lombard Street, Oxnard, CA 93030.
This hearing is for the purpose of considering an Annual Investigation and Report of Groundwater Conditions within United Water Conservation District ("Annual Groundwater Report") and for the further purpose of determining whether zones should be created within the District and groundwater charges levied within such zones.
The Annual Groundwater Report was delivered to the Secretary of the Board on March 3, 2026, and all operators of water producing facilities within the District and all other interested persons may review this Annual Groundwater Report online on the www.unitedwater.org website (under tabs Key Documents – Groundwater Conditions – General Reports). A hard copy of the Annual Groundwater Report is available for review during regular business hours at the District's office located at 1701 N. Lombard Street, Suite 200, Oxnard, CA 93030.
