TAKE NOTICE that Cloud 9 Luxe Waterfront Sky Lounge, LLC has applied to the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the City of Camden for a Use Variance and/or bulk variance approval to use the following described property as an outdoor night club and rooftop bar. The property is located in the MW1 zoning district. VARIANCE REQUIRED:Use is not permitted D-1 Use Variance is needed. Site plan approval is needed. The property is located at 10 Delaware Ave, Camden, NJ (block no 140.01, lot no 2). A PUBLIC HEARING is scheduled for Monday, June 1, 2026 at 5:30 PM in CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS, SECOND FLOOR, CITY HALL, SIXTH AND MARKET STREETS, CAMDEN, NJ. When this matter is called you may appear in person or with an Attorney and present any support or objection that you may have to the granting of relief sought in the appeal. Subject application is on file available for inspection in the office of the Zoning Board of Adjustment, Room 224, City Hall, Sixth and Market Streets, Camden, New Jersey.
