NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Stockton will hold a public hearing at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026, in the City Council Chamber located at 425 N. El Dorado Street, Stockton, CA 95202. The purpose of this hearing is to consider approval of the proposed Stormwater Utility rate adjustments identified in the Stormwater Rate Study, contingent upon receiving majority support from returned ballots. Approval of the proposed rate schedules will establish the maximum rates that may be charged during the five-year period. Prior to implementing the proposed rate adjustments each fiscal year, City staff will review revenue needs as part of the Annual Budget Process.
