Notice of Public Hearing PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on May 6, 2026, the Mayor and City Council of LaVerkin City (the "Issuer"), adopted a resolution (the "Resolution") declaring its intention to issue its Parity Water Revenue Bonds in the principal amount of up to $2,000,000 with interest at a rate not to exceed 3.0% per annum payable over a period of not more than 35 years (the "Bonds") pursuant to the Bonding Act, Title 11, Chapter 14, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended and to call a public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds. The Issuer shall hold a public hearing on June 3, 2026, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. The location of the public hearing is 111 South Main Street, LaVerkin, Utah. The purpose of the meeting is to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds and any potential economic impact to the private sector from the construction of culinary water system improvements for the City, including the replacing of aging lead and galvanized service lines, together with related improvements (the "Project") to be funded by the Bonds.
