NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Hyde Park will hold a public hearing on June 8, 2026 at 6:05 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, at Hyde Park Town Hall, 4383 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park, New York 12538, on the application of Cool Sunny LLC for a Retail Cannabis Special Use Permit pursuant to § 108-8.6 of the Town of Hyde Park Zoning Law. The application concerns the proposed conversion of an existing approximately 2,300 square foot retail space into a retail cannabis dispensary at property located at 701 Violet Avenue, Hyde Park, New York, also identified as Tax Parcel No. 6164-04-595147. At the public hearing, all persons interested will be given an opportunity to be heard. Written comments may also be submitted to the Town Clerk prior to the close of the public hearing. Copies of the application materials are available for inspection at the Town Clerk's Office, Hyde Park Town Hall, 4383 Albany Post Road, Hyde Park, New York, during regular business hours.
