NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on behalf of the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (the "Issuer") on June 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at Ohio Housing Finance Agency via teleconference. Pursuant to Revenue Procedure 2020-21, the public hearing may be accessed by dialing the Toll-free Number 1-866-306-1693, Access Code 484-858-891. This hearing is for the purpose of considering the approval of the issuance in one or more series of multifamily housing revenue bonds (the "Bonds") pursuant to a common plan of finance, in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $24,000,000, by the Issuer, pursuant to Article VIII, Section 16 of the Ohio Constitution and Chapter 175 of the Ohio Revised Code, as amended. If the Bonds are approved, the proceeds will be loaned to Sandusky Senior Lofts LLC, an Ohio limited liability company, or its successors and assigns (the "Borrower") for the purpose of financing a portion of the acquisition, construction and equipping of a residential rental facility containing an aggregate of approximately one hundred seventeen (117) living units for low to moderate income senior residents to be located at or near 2212 and 2216 Milan Road, Sandusky, Ohio 44870 in Erie County (the "Project"). The initial legal owner or principal user of the Project is expected to be the Borrower. THE BONDS SHALL NOT REPRESENT OR CONSTITUTE A DEBT OR PLEDGE OF FAITH AND CREDIT OR ANY TAXING POWER OF THE ISSUER, THE STATE OF OHIO OR ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF OHIO. Interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing telephonically and will be given an opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed issuance of the Bonds and the financing of the Project.
