NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given by the County Council of Spartanburg County, South Carolina of a public hearing on Monday, June 15, 2026 relating to the proposed enactment of an Ordinance Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of an Amended and Restated Special Source Credit Agreement By and Between Spartanburg County, South Carolina and Haven at West Broad, LLC (as successor to Morgan & Henry JOF ESA II, LLC) (Magnolia, Multi-Family 2) With Respect to Certain Economic Development Property in the County To Add An Additional Parcel of Property; and Other Matters Related Thereto. The public hearing will be held in the Spartanburg County Council Chambers located at 366 North Church Street in Spartanburg, South Carolina at 5:15 p.m. All interested parties should attend.
