NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the undersigned applicant has applied to the Upper Deerfield Township Planning Board for variance relief for property located at 156 Lebanon Road, Upper Deerfield Township, Cumberland County, New Jersey, also known as Block 2802, Lot 1.03 on the Township Tax Map. The applicant seeks variance relief pursuant to N.J.S. 40:55D-35 for deficient road frontage in connection with the proposed construction of a rural residence with driveway, septic system, and new well within the Agricultural (A) Zoning District. The subject property contains approximately 250 feet of frontage where 500 feet is required. The application is scheduled to be heard by the Upper Deerfield Township Planning Board on June 15, 2026 at 7:00 PM at the Upper Deerfield Township Municipal Building, 1325 Highway 77, Seabrook, New Jersey 08302. Any interested party may appear at the hearing and participate in accordance with the rules of the Planning Board.
