NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LASSEN COUNTY OFFICE OF EDUCATION LOCAL CONTROL AND ACCOUNTABILITY PLAN AND BUDGET INSPECTION HEARING NOTICE Fiscal Year 2026/2027 IN ACCORDANCE WITH ED CODES 52062 AND 42127 The governing board of Lassen County Office of Education will conduct a Public Hearing in accordance with Education Code Section 52062 for the 2026-2027 Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), and the 2026-2027 LCAP Annual Update, and the Budget Overview for Parents and in accordance with Education Code, Section 42127 for the 2026-2027 Budget on June 17, 2026. The Public Hearing will commence at 4:00 p.m. in the Lassen County Office of Education's Board Room at 472-013 Johnstonville Rd, North, Susanville, CA. The proposed Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) and the LCAP Annual Update, Budget Overview for Parents, and LCOE's Budget will be available for Public Inspection at the Lassen County Office of Education located at 472-013 Johnstonville Rd, Susanville, CA, beginning 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2026. The adoption of the Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP), LCAP Annual Update, and the COE's Budget will be held on June 24, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. in the Lassen County Office of Education's Board Room at 472-013 Johnstonville Rd, North, Susanville, CA.
