NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Great Falls City Commission will hold a public hearing to adopt, modify, or reject the proposed Land Use Plan and Growth Policy for the City of Great Falls on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the City Commission Chambers, Room 206, Civic Center, 2 Park Drive S, Great Falls, Montana. The City of Great Falls Land Use Plan & Growth Policy: Future Great Falls 2045 serves as the City's official long-range planning document, providing guidance for future growth, development, and community vision. The Land Use Plan (Growth Policy) is a requirement of Montana State law, in particular the Montana Land Use Planning Act (MLUPA). The proposed Future Great Falls 2045 reflects updated community priorities and current data and is now being considered for adoption following a public hearing process. Any interested party may speak for or against this request in person at the public hearing, or submit written comments by mail to P.O. Box 5021, Great Falls, MT 59403, or by email to commission@greatfallsmt.gov before 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Written communication received by that time will be shared with the City Commission and appropriate staff for consideration during the agenda item and before final vote on the matter.
