NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Great Falls City Commission will hold a public hearing to consider Resolution 10629 - a resolution to adopt the public participation plan in accordance with the Montana Land Use Planning Act on Tuesday, June 16th, 2026, at 7:00 PM in the City Commission Chambers, Room 206, Civic Center, 2 Park Drive S, Great Falls, Montana. The Public Participation Plan establishes the City of Great Falls' framework for public outreach and engagement related to the adoption, amendment, and implementation of the City's land use plan, future land use map, zoning regulations, and subdivision regulations pursuant to the Montana Land Use Planning Act (MLUPA). The Public Participation Plan outlines methods for public notice, community engagement, access to information, and opportunities for public comment throughout the planning process. Any interested party may speak for or against this request in person at the public hearing, or submit written comments by mail to P.O. Box 5021, Great Falls, MT 59403, or by email to commission@greatfallsmt.gov before 12:00 P.M. on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. Written communication received by that time will be shared with the City Commission and appropriate staff for consideration during the agenda item and before final vote on the matter.
