NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Evesham Zoning Board will hold a public hearing on the application of J & K Pets 2 LLC (also known as Full House Pets) at the Evesham Municipal Building, 984 Tuckerton Road, Marlton, NJ, on Monday, June 15, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. The subject property is located at Marlton Plaza II, 101 South Route 73, Marlton, New Jersey 08053, known as Building Unit 424001, Store No. 137, Block 24.21, Lot 2 on the Evesham Township Tax Maps. The applicant is proposing a new retail store named Full House Pets, specializing in a comprehensive range of pet products, including various types of pet food. In addition to general pet supplies, the store will feature a dedicated selection of reptiles, specialized reptile food, and related habitats and supplies. The business plans to operate Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. At the time of opening, the store expects to employ an initial staff of 4 to 5 employees. The applicant is seeking the following variances or waivers: 1. Applicant requests a D (1) use variance and a waiver of site plan approval of Pet Store that sells pet food, pet products and live reptiles in enclosed habitats in Zone C-1 (Code, Chapter 160-68 and Chapter 168.1). 2. The applicant will also seek any other waivers or variances noted by the Board or its staff during the course of review. Interested persons may attend this meeting and be heard.
