NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
The Town of Ulysses' Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing for an application to construct an addition to an existing single detached dwelling unit within a side yard setback. The applicant, Gleason Contracting, on behalf of property owner, Olga (Terri) Husted, applied for a building permit to construct an addition, approximately 150 square feet in area, to an existing single detached dwelling unit 15 feet from the west side lot line. Per the Code of the Town of Ulysses (CTU) 212-29.G, the minimum side yard setback is 30 feet.
