NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Metropolitan Sewer Subdistrict Commission (the "Commission"), the governing body of the Metropolitan Sewer Subdistrict, South Carolina (d/b/a MetroConnects) ("MetroConnects"), will conduct a public hearing (the "Public Hearing") concerning the adoption of base and volumetric charges for sewer collection services for calendar year 2027. Effective January 1, 2027, MetroConnects' volumetric charge per 1,000 gallons of sewer usage will increase from the current rate of $2.32 to a new rate of $2.55. MetroConnects base charge for sewer collection services will be unchanged from its current rate of $11.72 for calendar year 2027. The Public Hearing will be held at 2:00 p.m. on July 20, 2026, in the administrative offices of MetroConnects located at 1151 West Butler Road, Greenville, South Carolina 29607. The Public Hearing shall be conducted publicly and both proponents and opponents of the proposed charges shall be given full opportunity to be heard in person or by counsel. July 5 2026 LGSC0542099
