NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Georgetown Port Authority (the "Authority") will hold a public hearing on behalf of itself and the City of Cincinnati, Ohio (the "City"), and the Village of Georgetown, Ohio (the "Village") at 10:00 a.m. local time on July 27, 2026, in the designated meeting room for the Authority in the Village Administration Building, 121 N. Main St., Georgetown, OH 45121, with respect to the proposed issuance by the Authority (as the "Issuer"), pursuant to Article VIII, Sections 13 and 16 of the Ohio Constitution and Sections 4582.21 through 4582.99 of the Ohio Revised Code, as amended, of its Economic Development Revenue Bonds (Cincinnati Public Radio, Inc. Project) in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed $9,000,000 (the "Bonds"). If the issuance of the Bonds is authorized, the proceeds will be used for the purpose of refinancing a portion of the acquisition, construction and equipping of the approximately 32,000 square foot new radio station facilities and administrative headquarters located at 2117 Dana Avenue, Cincinnati, OH, 45207 (the "CPR, Inc. Building") that is owned and operated by Cincinnati Public Radio, Inc., an Ohio non-profit corporation and an organization described in Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, which CPR, Inc. Building includes the technical, broadcast and administrative operations of 91.7 WVXU and 90.9 WGUC, both of which are FCC licensed non-commercial radio stations (the "Project"). If authorized, the Bonds will be qualified 501(c)(3) bonds as defined in Section 145 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended. THE BONDS SHALL NOT REPRESENT OR CONSTITUTE A DEBT OR PLEDGE OF THE FAITH AND CREDIT OF THE CITY, THE VILLAGE, THE ISSUER OR THE STATE OF OHIO, OR ANY POLITICAL SUBDIVISION OF THE STATE OF OHIO. All property financed by proceeds of the Bonds will constitute "port authority facilities" as defined in Ohio Revised Code Section 4582.21 Interested persons are invited to attend this public hearing and will be given an opportunity to express their views concerning the proposed issuance of the Bonds and the Project to be financed thereby. Anyone desiring to make written comments may submit them prior to the public hearing to the Authority by 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 26, 2026 to Jason Hamman, jason@hammanconsulting.com, and clearly marked "Economic Development Revenue Bonds (Cincinnati Public Radio, Inc.
