NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING SOIL REMOVAL LICENSE RENEWAL EXCAVATING MATERIALS & EQUIPMENT, INC. BLOCK 80, LOT 4 849 ROUTE 539, NEW EGYPT NJ PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: In accordance with the requirements of the Township of Plumsted Soil Removal, Excavations and Mining Ordinance Chapter 54, and N.J.S.A. 40:55D-12, notice is hereby given that a public hearing of the Plumsted Township Land Use Board is scheduled for July 29, 2026 at 7:30 p.m, in person at the Township of Plumsted Municipal Building, 121 Evergreen Road, New Egypt, NJ 08533. The Plumsted Township Land Use Board will consider the application of Excavating Materials and Equipment, Inc. (the "Applicant"), the owner of the property located at 849 County Rd 539, New Egypt, New Jersey, also known as Block 80, Lot 4 as designated on the tax map of the Township of Plumsted (collectively the "Property"). The Applicant is seeking a Soil Removal License renewal for 2026 in accordance with Chapter 54 of the Township of Plumsted Ordinances. The hearing is a continuance of the hearings held on December 4, 2025, April 2, 2026, May 7, 2026, May 21, 2026, and June 18, 2026. The Applicant requests any variance, design waiver, submission waiver, modification and/or exception relief the Land Use Board may deem appropriate or necessary in its review of the application. Members of the public will be able to participate in person at the meeting, including providing public comment at the appropriate time.
