NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 200 FEET MARLBORO TOWNSHIP ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT Please take notice that on June 9, 2026 at 7:30 PM the Marlboro Township Zoning Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing on the application for Bulk Variance approval (Application No. ZB 26-6915) to construct a paver patio, outdoor kitchen, fire pit and roof structure. The premises which are the subject of the application are located at 407 Windmill Lane, said premises are known as Block 355, Lot 6.11, within the GH-6 Generational Housing 6 District. The meeting will begin at 7:30 PM at Marlboro Township, 1979 Township Drive, Marlboro, New Jersey 07746. Note that comments during a Public Hearing are restricted to the specific subject matter for which the Public Hearing is being held.
