The petition is from Farooq Ansari, requesting a Variance per Chapter 40A, Section 10 of the Massachusetts Zoning Act and Chapter 282, Sections 3.3 (Non-Conforming Uses and Structures) and 9.2 (Board of Appeals) of the Ashland Bylaws. The applicant seeks a Variance to create driveway access from West Mountain Lane, rather than Myrtle Street where the lot has its frontage, due to the topography of the lot. The lot is currently undeveloped. The property in question is located at 0 Myrtle Street, Assessors Map 9, Lot 38, in the Residential "A" (RA) zoning district.
