NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY AMEND ANNUAL §15 ALL-ALCOHOL LICENSE In accordance with MGL c.138, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on June 24, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at Barnstable Town Hall, 2nd Floor – James H Crocker Jr Hearing Room, 367 Main Street, Hyannis, MA relative to an application filed by Hyannis Kappy's Inc. dba Kappy's Fine Wine & Spirits, 333 Iyannough Road, Hyannis, to amend the §15 license for a change of stock and pledge of collateral. Shareholder Raj Vishal Shukla has transferred his entire equity interest to Jamini Patel (Vice President, Director). Following this transaction, Jamini Patel holds 50% interest, and Dineshkumar Patel retains the remaining 50% interest in the Company. Further take notice that said stock is subject to a Pledge of Stock to Northern Bank & Trust Company. Public comments are welcome, in person, at the time of the public hearing.
