NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BARNSTABLE LICENSING AUTHORITY TRANSFER ANNUAL §12 ALL-ALCOHOL COMMON VICTUALLER LICENSE In accordance with MGL c.138 and MGL c.140, an application has been filed by MO MO House, Inc. dba Mo Mo House, 489 Bearse's Way, Hyannis, to transfer the §12 All-alcohol common victualler license from Kobi House, Inc. dba Kobi House. The applicant proposes no changes in operations; the premises include 1,500 sq ft restaurant space including kitchen area, dining area with 48 seats to include hibachi cooktop seating, and two restrooms. Proposed alcohol manager is Minghua Wu. The proposed hours of operation are Monday – Saturday 8AM to 1AM, Sunday 12PM to 12AM. Said hearing will be held on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. or as soon following as practical in the Barnstable Town Hall building, 2nd Floor – James H Crocker Jr Hearing Room, 367 Main Street, Hyannis.
