Public Hearing #1 – Annexation Request (Z-2025-05) William Leiton, representing Steve and Maria Mason the owners of Parcel 169749 located at 1020 Dallas Stanley Highway Dallas, NC 28034, submitted a noncontiguous (satellite) annexation petition of approximately .99 acres, along with a 0.10-acre portion of Parcel 310636, for a total of approximately 0.91 acres proposed for annexation. Public Hearing #2 – Rezoning Request (Z-2025-05) William Leiton, representing Steve and Maria Mason the owners of Parcels 169749, 310636(169750) located at 1020 Dallas Stanley Highway Dallas, NC 28034, is requesting to establish the Business (B-1) zoning district for that site.
