NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF PARADISE VALLEY Notice is hereby given that the Town of Paradise Valley Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, at Town Hall, 6401 East Lincoln Drive, Paradise Valley, Arizona, 85253 for: Public Hearing: Discussion and Possible Action of an appeal of the decision of the Community Development Director filed by James & Anita Grantham, appealing Article X, Height and Area Regulations, and Article II, Definitions, of the Town's Zoning Ordinance which clarifies and designates the yard locations on a property. The appeal is to change the rear yard to a side yard. The applicant would like to change the portion of the rear yard that adjoins the south property line to a side yard. The property is located at 6235 E. Catesby Road (Assessor's Parcel Number 169-49-051).
