NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF SPEEDWAY BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS Notice is hereby given that Dallara Racing USA, Inc., as owner and petitioner, has filed a petition with the Town of Speedway Board of Zoning Appeals requesting Development Standard Variance(s) from the Speedway Zoning Ordinance for property located at 1201 N. Main Street, Speedway, Indiana, to permit development standard modifications associated with improvements and expansion of the existing Dallara Racing factory facility. The public hearing on said petition will be held before the Town of Speedway Board of Zoning Appeals on May 14, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. at Speedway Town Hall, 5300 Crawfordsville Road, Speedway, Indiana 46224. All interested persons may appear at said time and place and be heard. The petition and supporting materials may be examined at Speedway Town Hall during normal business hours.
