Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has applied to the Township of
Neptune Historic Preservation Committee for a partial demolition approval.
The property subject to this application is located at 7 Olin Street, Ocean
Grove, NJ 07756 (Block 146, Lot 12 on tax map of the Township of Neptune).
The applicants are the owners of the property. A hearing will be held on
this application by the Historical Preservation Committee of the Township
of Neptune on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 7pm at the Neptune Municipal
Complex, 2nd Floor Committee Room, 25 Neptune Blvd, Neptune NJ
07753. The file, application and plans of this request may be inspected at
the office of Historic Preservation Commission, Neptune Municipal Complex,
25 Neptune Blvd, Neptune NJ 07753 during regular business hours, or if you
have any questions, you may contact the Commission office at 732-988-5200 ext 270.
