NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Warren Township Zoning Board of Adjustment
Meeting Date: December 1, 2025
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Old Glory Properties, LLC, has filed an application with the Warren Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for a use variance with respect to property having an address of 51 Mount Bethel Road, Warren, New Jersey 07059, designated as Block 74, Lot 6, on the tax map of the Township of Warren.
Applicant seeks all relief necessary to permit the continued use of a portion of the property as a caretaker apartment. The property is located in the Community Business (CB) Zone, which does not permit a residential use.
Approval is also sought for such additional variances, waivers, exceptions and/or other relief (whether preexisting or not) from the requirements of the Warren Township Land Use Ordinance as may be deemed necessary or required at the time of the hearing on this matter.
The application and other documentation are on file with the Office of the Warren Township Zoning Board of Adjustment and are open for inspection at that office at 46 Mountain Boulevard, Warren, New Jersey 07059, during regular business hours.
The public hearing on this Application shall be held on December 1, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. in the Susie Boyce Meeting Room, 44 Mountain Boulevard, Warren, New Jersey 07059, at which time you may appear in person or by an attorney to present any objections or comments which you may have regarding this application.
