NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
Notice is hereby given that the Oconto County Land and Water Resources Committee will hold public hearings on 12/8/2025 at the Abrams Town Hall on the proposed redistricting of the following properties under the Oconto County Zoning Ordinance.
APPLICATION NO. 1 at 8:30 AM for Jeffrey & Laurie Herzog, Agent: Jordyn Herzog, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 19, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams. 6905 Burdosh Rd.
APPLICATION NO. 2 immediately following application no. 1 for Jeffrey & Crystal Stueber, Agent: Harry Smith, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 31, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams. North of 2686 Valentine Rd.
APPLICATION NO. 3 immediately following application no. 2 for VanHunk Enterprises LLC, Agent: Tracy Ondik, to rezone from Agricultural District to Rural Residential District. Location of the property is in Section 33, T27N, R20E, Town of Abrams. East of 6196 County Rd. D
APPLICATION NO. 4 immediately following application no. 3 for an Oconto County Land & Water Resource Committee Petition to rezone incidental areas for the following properties that are part of a consent rezone application associated with exchanges of lands between parcel owners. These rezones will make the zoning consistent within the parcel.

2. Tax Parcel 022-351701321G, Richard and Wendy Dumke, 1991 County Road W, Peshtigo WI, rezone from the Agricultural (A) district to the Single Family Residential (R-1) district. This area is .102 acres.
3. Tax Parcel 040-242402633A, Jeffrey and Angela Potter, 5746 Watercrest Rd. Lena WI, rezone from the General Commercial (GC) district to the Forest (F) district. This area is.419 acres.
4. Tax Parcel 040-242402633B, Maria Spaulding, 5750 Watercrest Rd. Lena, WI, rezone from the General Commercial (GC) district to the Forest (F) district. This area is .87 acres.
Notice is further given that printed copies of the proposed rezoning's are available for public inspection in the Zoning Office, Courthouse, Oconto, Wisconsin during regular office hours.
