NOTICE OF PUBLIC INFORMATION MEETING DATE: Monday, July 27, 2026 TIME: 4:30 PM ADDRESS: North Fort Myers Public Library, 2001 N. Tamiami Trail, North Fort Myers, FL 33903 In accordance with the North Fort Myers Community Planning Requirements of the Lee County Land Development Code, Phoenix and Associates will be presenting information to the public on the project known as Pine Island Road CPD Administrative Amendment (ADD2026-00098). The project is located at 3160 Pine Island Road, North Fort Myers, FL 33903 and is permitted for a range of non-residential uses including but not limited to: commercial retail, carwash, fast food restaurant, convenience food and beverage store with fuel pumps, auto repair services and mini/public warehouse. The meeting will be conducted for an Administrative Amendment to modify the property development regulations and allow for other administrative changes. The purpose of the meeting is to educate community members about the proposed application and to address any questions.
