NOTICE OF PUBLIC REVIEW OPPORTUNITY FOR THE APPLETON (FOX CITIES) MPO TITLE VI / AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT (ADA) NON-DISCRIMINATION PROGRAM AND LIMITED ENGLISH PROFICIENCY PLAN East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission (ECWRPC), as the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for Appleton (Fox Cities) Metropolitan Planning Area, is now accepting comments on the Title VI /ADA Non-Discrimination Program and Limited English Proficiency Plan. Comments will be accepted from July 19, 2026 to August 18, 2026. The Title VI / ADA Non-Discrimination Program is intended to ensure that no person shall, on the grounds of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related nondiscrimination authorities, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any Appleton (Fox Cities) MPO-sponsored program or activity. The Limited English Proficiency Plan has been prepared to address the Appleton (Fox Cities) MPO's responsibilities as a subrecipient of federal financial assistance as they relate to the needs of individuals with limited English language skills.
