NOTICE OF PUBLIC REVIEW OPPORTUNITY AMENDING THE TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM (TIP) FOR THE OSHKOSH METROPOLITAN PLANNING ORGANIZATION 2025-2028 East Central Wisconsin Regional Planning Commission, the Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) for the Oshkosh urban area, is preparing to amend the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) 2025-2028 for the Oshkosh Metropolitan Planning Organization as part of Resolution OSH-04-26. The amended TIP includes new and updated transportation projects that receive federal or state funding. The amendment will coordinate local, state and federal programs to meet federal metropolitan planning regulations that include provisions for a formal TIP adoption process. The amendment includes projects located within the Oshkosh Metropolitan Planning Area. Comments regarding the 2025-2028 TIP amendments will be accepted from March 22, 2026, through April 9, 2026.
