Notice of Public Sale NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Commissioners of Cherry Hill Fire District #13 in the Township of Cherry Hill, County of Camden, State of New Jersey shall offer for sale by sealed bids, in accordance with N.J.S.A 40A: 11-36 et seq., a 2012 Freightliner 114SD Crimson Foam Tender truck (VIN #1FHG3DV4DDBW6534, Mileage: 5,625; Engine Hours: 555) considered no longer needed for use by the Cherry Hill Fire District #13. Said bids shall be called for and shall be received, opened and read in public at the Cherry Hill Fire Department Headquarters, 1100 Marlkress Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08003 on October 22, 2025 at 11:00 am prevailing time. Said bids shall be hand-delivered at the time and place stated for receipt of said bids or mailed prior thereto. No bid shall be delivered or accepted after the date and hour as designated herein and the risk of timely receipt of mailed bids is on the bidder. VEHICLE IS OFFERED "AS IS," "WHERE IS," WITH NO WARRANTEES IMPLIED.
