CASE NO: CV-2025-900580 VEDA LEHMAN, JEREMY SHERIFF, MARSHA SHERIFF, SCOTT SHERIFF, and THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN AND ADOPTED BY REFERENCE, Defendants, and their heirs or devisees, if deceased, whose whereabouts are unknown and which cannot be ascertained after the exercise of due diligence, and who are believed to claim some right, title, interest or claim and to the property described as follows: Lot 8, Block 1, according to the Plat of Highland Gardens, as same appears of record in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Montgomery County, Alabama, Plat Book 6, Page 5.
