NOTICE OF QUASI-JUDICIAL HEARING On Wednesday, October 22, 2025, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, 1st Floor of City Hall, 222 West Main Street, Pensacola, FL, the Pensacola City Council will hold a special meeting to conduct a quasi-judicial hearing for the following purpose: REVIEW OF ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD (ARB) DECISION REGARDING 627 E. GOVERNMENT STREET You are not required to respond to or take any action regarding this notice; but if you wish to speak before City Council on this subject, you are invited to be present at the scheduled hearing. If any person decides to appeal any decision made with respect to any matter considered at this meeting, such person will need a record of the proceedings, and that for such purpose, he/she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
