NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF APPLICATION FOR A WATER USE PERMIT BY THE SOUTHWEST FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has received an application for a modification on an existing water use permit to modify the location of two of the existing permitted wells with no changes in quantities from On Top of the World Communities, Inc -Circle Square Ranch at 8470 SW. 79th Street Road, Suite 3, Ocala, Fl 34481. Application Number: 20020174.002 Application Received: September 26, 2025 Predominant use type: Agricultural/Lawn and Landscape Irrigation The total permitted withdrawal quantities remain at an annual average of 661,100 gallons per day, and a Peak Month of 1,790,700 average gallons per day. The project is located in Sections 1-4, Township 16, Range 20; Sections 5-6, Township 16 Range 21; Sections 8-12, Township 16, Range 20; Sections 14-17, Township 16 Range 20; Sections 21-23, Township 16, Range 20; Sections 27-29, Township 16, Range 20; Sections 31-32, Township 15, Range 21; Section 33, Township 16, Range 20 and Section 34, Township 15, Range 20 in Marion County. The application is available for public inspection Monday through Friday at 7601 U.S. Highway 301 North, Tampa, Florida 33637 or through the "Application & Permit Search Tools" function on the District's website at www.watermatters.org/permits/. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the application and submit written objections and comments concerning the application within 14 days from the date of this notice.
